Hey There,

Is there a way or an option to let the Palm/Ipaq user/users to chose the way
the sync work: (two ways, mobile -> server or server -> mobile)?

Regards,
Eran

Based on your previous post I assume you are referring to Mail Anywhere.

As of the current version, you can only set up Mail Anywhere to sync from
mobile -> server. I think what you are asking for is the ability to
automatically push information down to the device from the server.

Although that is something that we are currently investigating, at this time
the only mechanism for retrieving PIM information is through a pull
initiated by the user.

Yes.
You have to create your own actionsets and actions. In the actions you can
specify which direction to synchronize.
Then you would add a trigger for the new actionset and make it act by user
request.
Let us know if you need help with this.

Have a look at this word doc which tells you how to setup Truncate actions.
It would be very similar for your needs
