Hi,

I'm getting the following error when I try to connect to my machine.
I believe the httpd is running fine b/c i'm able to load up the index.html
file. I'm also able to connect to the sybase site and query the pubs2 db.
However, when I try to connect to my machine, i get the following message.

Unexpected Exception: jdbc.sql.SQLException: Connection state machine:
Connection has been marked dead.: Connection state machine: Connection has
been marked dead.

Here is another problem I have:
I cannot load the stored procedures necessary to run the Sample programs on
PowerJ.

I type the following command in:

java IsqlApp -U sa -P password -S jdbc:sybase:Tds:localhost:8000 -I
%JDBC_HOME%\sp\sql_anywhere.sql -c go

I get the following messages:

Unexpected exception : java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

at com.sybase.jdbc.SybDriver.connect(SybDriver.java)
at java.sql.DriverManager.getConnection(DriverManager.java:91)
at IsqlApp.main(IsqlApp.java)

Any ideas, suggestions? Could this be the source of my other problems?

Thanks in advance.

Are you sure that the "-S jdbc:sybase:Tds:localhost:8000" and
not the httpd server?
