All the manuals are available online at http://sybooks.sybase.com, in
the databases collection, ASE product

BCP is documented in the "Utility Programs for [Unix/NT]" documents.

You can also order documentation (printed or cd-rom format) from Sybase
Customer Service.

It's in Sybooks under the Adaptive Server collection and entitled "Utility
Programs for ...", depending on your platform. There is a reference manual
both for UNIX and Windows.
