Dear group members.

I am developing an user object that has a vertical scroll bar.
It takes 100 clicks on the down arrow until the scroll box reaches the
bottom. I think it is powerbuilder default. What happens is that I
don´t need so many clicks because the scrolling is exceeding the
visual contents of my user object.
I´d like to know how can I decrease this number.
I´ve already tried Windows API functions such as SetScrollInfo but it
doesn´t seem to work.
Any hint would be helpful.
Thank you.

You will need to modify the UnitsPerLine userobject property. Look for
this topic in PB's help file for all the information you'll need:

"Scrolling in windows and user objects".

Good Luck,

Brad

I'm affraid that doesn't do the trick. This will only help you to get
faster to the unused area of the user object.
Just make the user object smaller so that the visual contents just fits
inside. The scrollbar will adjust accordingly.
Off course, you can always finetune the UnitsPerLine setting after that.
