You've posted to the 'replicator' newsgroup but mention the rep server product in your posting.

Background:

- replication server - stand alone product that provides an assortment of full strength, high throughput, replication
configurations

- replicator - feature built into the Sybase ASE product that provides limited, low throughput, replication capabilities

------------------------------------

Please verify which replication method you plan to use ... replication server or replicator?

If you plan to use replication server you may want to re-post your question in the sybase.public.rep-server newsgroup.

If you plan to use the ASE/replicator solution just let us know (in this newsgroup).

------------------------------------

Regardless of which replication solution you plan to use you will also want to post the following:

- primary database info (eg, ASE, Oracle, MS SQL, something else?; also the version of the primary database)
- replicate database info (eg, ASE, Oracle, MS SQL, something else?; also the version of the replicate database)

- if using repserver then the version of repserver you plan to use (eg, repserver -v)

- more detail on your proposed topology; you've mentioned 3 primary db's but this doesn't tell us if you've also got 3
other replicate db's (eg, warm standby) or if you intend to have 3 primary db's replicating into each other (eg,
peer-to-peer replication) or if you have some other topology in mind
