Hi,

ADS Docs says that ADS Replication is not meant for Data
Syncronisation.

Why is it not possible if a two way Replication is set up ?

Kiron

Hi Kiron,

You can set up two-way replication to keep matching databases synchronized.
The term "synchronization" is not used because that usually implies that the
product would actively find differences in tables and bring them up to date.
Replication will not do that. But if you start out with identical databases
on both sides, then it is possible for replication to keep them
"synchronized". It may be necessary, though, to deal with conflicts, which
can be handled with ON CONFLICT triggers.
