Someone is very busy (or bored) this weekend!

I sent this into ISUG (for crdate) years ago and I guess that they are
gradually adding these on (e.g., sysindexes and sysusages have crdates
starting with 12.5.0.) Obviously some tables are not tweakable (e.g.,
sysprotects, sysprocedures) and would need neither and some would not need a
moddate (e.g., sysalternates, sysroles). Note that for sysusers I would
want the crdate to reflect the addition of a user and moddate to identify
when the users group value changed.
