Hi,

We fixed something similar in this area around 11.0.2.2. I can't swear
this is your exact problem, as some of the symptoms don't match, but
it's a good chance. It would be worth upgrading to the latest shipping
version (11.0.3.2) anyway as we have fixed a lot of things since
11.0.1.1.
