I am wanting to execute scripts that generate DB's, Tables, Views Users
etc. that can be run outside of ISQL. I would like to execute through a
applications where the user with authority can run the scripts. Is there
an API that I can use with VB to expose functionality for executing these
scripts?

Thanks!
Richard

Certainly you can use VB to execute statements against the database. This
means that you always have the option of building your own VB component to
read and process SQL scripts. That said, there is no pre-built script
processing component for VB included in the SQL Anywhere Studio package.

You might want to try asking for suggested 3rd party offerings on the
newsgroup sybase.public.sqlanywhere.general which is more specifically
focused on ASA and SQL Anywhere Studio.
