I get the following error when I try to run the select against the test
SQL Server database:

jdbc.sql.SQLException: An IO exception was caught from a lower layer and
re-thrown.: java.io.IOException: Gateway connection refused: HTTP/1.0
502 Bad Gateway

Any ideas where I might look for the problem?

I just tried this and I can access the IP and port that is used by
the isql.java applet.

Please check to make sure that you did not accidently change the
ip.

Which version of the jdk did you start httpd with? I would
suggest using jdk1.1.
