Anyone had problems installing jConnect on a Sun?

I've seen stack traces like this, but not when extracting the
jConnect archive under either JDK1.0.2 or JDK1.1. I don't know
what to suggest -- maybe bump up the '-mx 10000000' stack size,
or just download a new JDK?
