I have jConnect running in the 3-tier configuration.
But my database resides on the same machine as
my webserver to I'd like to use the 2-tier setup.
I suppose it would be faster without the gateway.
How do I setup the 2 tier configuration?
I can't find any documentation on how to do this.

Thanks in advance,
steve

Steve-

This is the easy part. Simply dont set the 'proxy' Property in the
Property Object. As long as the machine name in the URL is the same as
the WWW server who served the applet, the browser wont throw a
SecurtyException.
