I have some serious problems running the new Sybase Adaptive Server
(11.5):
The server's running on NT4.0 all clients on Win95 machines. The size
of the database is rather small. Now the problem:
On some of the clients, the performance is really poor. On others with
the same configuration, the same programs and the same connection
it's rellay fast.

Has anybody else seen this or does anybdoy know a solution?

Michael,
I have seen the same thing with System 11 using named pipes. On some
machines, the connection was great, and on others, it was really slow. It
turned out that I needed to add a setting to the registry to disable "Direct
Host". I found a reference to the problem on the MS knowledge base, article
Q152453. You might try this.

Hope this helps.
Larry
