Just a few questions about performance when using Jaguar CTS 3.5:

1.) Think of developping components that are heavily using string
operations/concatenations:
What is the best language to develop such components for usage in Jaguar ?

2.) Can anyone give a performance comparison between creating a component
for the first time (just rushing through the constructor) and activating a
component when it is pooled ore already created ?

3.) Is there a performance decrease if many clients access ONE service or
shared component ?
Is there a problem or performance decrease if many clients access one
member function of such a component at the same time ? (assuming that there
is no problem because of concurrency)

Thanx lot

Probably C++.

10 x faster with PowerBuilder to use pooling. Less difference when using C++
or Java.

Only if you have to disable Concurrency.

No.
