I am in the process of downloading the EAS 3.5.1 EBF off the site and
see the JAGCLIENT file (>100M). What is this file used for in a JAG
environment? I see the JAGCLIENT.exe in my existing version in the
client sub-directory. Does it simply replace this file with others??
Just trying to understand where the files all fit!!!

Joe

JagClient is the client runtime. It includes everything a client would need
to connect, from either Java, C++ or COM and includes JaguarManager and
SecurityManager.

So I take it I need it for the patch. Do I have to explode it to install it
when I download it ( I think it is an .exe) ???

That exe is exploded on clients only. If you have no C++, or Java
Applications (not applets) or COM clients you need this. Otherwise you
dont.
