I have tried serverstart -install to change Jaguar from running as a
task to running as a service
but everytime it errors out, here is copy of the srv.log:

Wait a second.  It looks like the server triued to start when you tried to register a service? What command line did u do?

serverstart -install from a dos window, is this not the correct way to go about it?
