Hi,

Ok it's Saturday and I'm at work, so not so good news <g> but I've been
working on this now for nearly 6 hours and I'm about to throw my PC out
of the window!

I have a drop down list box which contains 16 values. I've set the ddbox
so that the user can highlight more than one option.
The value of the ddbox is facilities.

I have a datawindow in which I have set up a string array retrieval
argument called :facilities.

My SELECT statemnt says:

SELECT...
FROM...
WHERE "facilities"."facility_id" IN (:facilities)

I can get one value displayed if they only select one facility from the
box but if they select more than one(hence why I set an array?) I get a
blank return screen.

I've heard a number of rumours about this isn't possible, this is
possible etc...

Can anyone set me straight

Thanks
Davlon

If you are using PowerDynamo, you should look into the Array object method
Array.toString() which breaks the array elements into strings separated by
commas. Use that in the WHERE statement like "id IN
(facilities.toString())". That might put you in the right direction.

Michael,

Thanks for the reply. I'll give it a go and see what happens...
