We have been using PB for several years. We just migrated to PB7. When
we are in the library painter and attempt to open an object we get blown

out of PB. Doesn't happen all the time but about 60%. Or if your working

on an object and save you cross your fingers that you don't get blown
out , kind of reminds me of PB2.0, 3.0.

We are using NT, I have 256 mb ram, Pentium 3 , I am puzzled and
concerned.

Bill

Bill,

I tried to respond to your private email but it kept getting kicked back.
If you do help/about what version of PB? I've been running 7021 for several
months and it's quite stable, IMO.

What build of PB are you running? Some of the early builds were real
disasters, but in my experience, the latest builds have been fairly stable.
In a local user group meeting, Larry Cermak even went so far as saying that
PB7 is the most stable version yet. Your experience doesn't seem at all
typical. This may not be of immediate help, but at least there is hope!

If we going to vote, I say the PowerBuilder 7.0.2, Build 8003 the most ustable
version of PB ( I work from PB4 ). The IDE the slowliest one.
