Can a client written in PB 6.5 talk to EA Server running a PB 7.0

You can the Jag ActiveX proxy and connect to the PB7.0 component like you
would to any other COM object.

You can also connect using the PBSYC driver to Jaguar's TDS port and make
calls via MASP.

I think Roy was saying you could use the ActiveX client or write a COM
component in PB7 that calls Jaguar. The ActiveX/PBCOM component can be
accessed as an ActiveX control in PB6. So the ActiveX/PB7 COM component is
just a wrapper.
