Im using a 'for' loop in which I want to set some data, ie:

for(i=0; i<n; i++)
{
object.setSomeData(document.value.somevalue);
}

During the first loop I get an dialog box asking for the 'somevalue'
value, but during the next loop it uses the same value as I typed in the
first time. Is it possible to have the dialog box popping up every loop?

TIA,
Darko

You should be able to do something like

for( i in document.value)
{
document.writeln(i);
}

Here is a little bit more code to help explaining what Im trying to do:

rows = document.value.how_many_rows;

for(i = 0; i < rows; i++)
{

Serialnumber[i] = document.value.serialnumber;
CurrencyID[i] = document.value.currency;
CountryID[i] = document.value.country;

// Set order properties
orderDataObject.setSerialnumber(Serialnumber[i]);
orderDataObject.setCurrencyID(CurrencyID[i]);
orderDataObject.setCountryID(CountryID[i]);

}

For testing purpose, I would like to have the dialog asking me for values
every time it loops.

TIA,
Darko

But I still want to be able to type in values.
The AskQuestion gives me a dialog with a YES|NO button
The ShowMessage lets me display a message...

My problem is that when I once give 'serialnumber' a value then I've assigned a
value to that variable. next loop the variable has a value and PD therefore
don't need to ask again. But I want PD to ask again. Any other suggestion?

TIA,
Darko

When you go via SybaseCentral and you reference document.value its supposed
to pop open a dialog box.
