Hi All
I have been experiencing some very weird problems using EAS 3.5
It seems sometimes after deploying my objects I get duplicate entries
under the interfaces folder for some of my components and for others i
will get two interfaces, one which mimics the name of the component and
another with 'home' attatched. Now when I try to run this component I
get the following error;

Mar 09 12:47:30 2000: JdbcStorage.init: BusinessObjects/BOduplicateuos
(cache=JavaCache,table=ps_BOduplicateuos,key=binary(16))
Mar 09 12:47:30 2000: com.sybase.jaguar.util.JException: The connection
cache 'JavaCache' was not found.

Mar 09 12:47:30 2000: SystemException: OBJECT_NOT_EXIST

-------------------------

The weird thing about this is that I do not use any java caches, i have
removed all installed caches and only use SYJ driver.

What is happending here?

Dave's in the UK and I'm not sure if he's checking the forums. Persistance,
I believe, has to do with the new fail over features for stateful components
in 3.5.

If I'm incorrect I'm sure Dave or Carson will correct me<g>.

Well I know i am not using any failover options and have not tried to make the
obejcts persistent.
One thing I should have added is that it seems to occur since I have bee using
clustering to deploy a new user test release of the software from one machine to
another ( not actual clustering though ), i have stopped doing this and the
problem has gone away, maybe I should use clustering again and see if it returns
and it may be a bug in the clustering.
