I opened a case on my HTMLDW PageNext problem and they said because I used
JavaScript and not the DTC they won't help me until I convert to the DTC???
To quote Charlie Brown, "Good grief!". I hope Sybase pays the TeamSybase
folks for all the "JavaScript" support that Sybase won't do!

Tim,

I apologize for the inconvenience (on behalf of sybase... well I work for
sybase :-) )...

Please post your case (what is the problem) and the case number...

My email address on the return is incorrect due to the amount of spam I get
so I use just the news group.

-Ashish

Thanks, I have had a good response from Sybase concerning this matter so I
will try to pursue this through regular channels. Apparently, the tech
support person is relatively new to the job and I can sympathize when a
flood of problems come in and you want to dispatch them as quickly as
possible.
