I don't believe there's any way to do this. Basically, the PD dll
reads the registry to determine which sites are available and where
they are located. AFAIK, there is no way to create multiple entries
for this.

I thought that that was what the mappings under utilities/configuration was
for?

The problem is that that list of mappings is global to the machine and
not particular to any ip address.

Hi,

Couldn't you set up two web sites in IIS and have IIS listening on the
different IPs on each web site (through the properties page on the web site
you can specify which IP address the server listens to).
Then you set up your Dynamo ISAPI Plug in on the IIS site you want Dynamo to
receive the traffic for and the other site gets the other IP's traffic.

I tried to condense a lot in a short amount. Hopefully this make sense and
you know IIS well enough to know what I'm talking about.

Regards,
Brad Gawne

They will still lookup the available sites from the same location in
the registry.

We are Application Service provider, and I think this is big
limitation for diffusion of Eas in this market !!

Do you think something change in near future in this direction,
or you have a good workaround for now ?

Thank you

Okay. So just have the Name Service system direct one name (say
www.siteA.com) to one port (resolve it to www.siteA.com:1500) and have
the other resolve to a different port. Now, run your web server with
one server listening to each port, and direct each to a different base
directory in Dynamo.

Or, am I missing some limitation from the discussion?

I believe that is possible as many ISPs do that with IIS. I remember talking
with Carson about this in the past. So maybe he will respond.
