Hi, I have problem with the following code segment which runs as a Jaguar
component function:

string sz
datastore ds
int n_rtn

String ls_dwsyn, ls_errors

ls_dwsyn = LibraryExport("d:\source\build50\webtemp\pbl050.pbl",
"d_persvc0a", ExportDataWindow!)
iel.log("--> DataStore Syntax: " + ls_dwsyn)
ds.Create(ls_dwsyn, ls_errors)
if Len(ls_errors) > 0 Then
iel.log("--> DS Create error: " + ls_errors)
return ls_errors
else
// do whatever we need to do

The problem is that when ds.Create is called, I got the following error
message in Jaguar:

Mar 27 18:24:12 2000: PowerBuilder Application Execution Error (R0002)
Application terminated.
Error: Null object reference at line 17 in function openreport of object
n_webview2.

Line 17 is exactly where the ds.Create statement is.

Does anyone knows what's the problem with this code segment? My component
basically crashed out at the ds.Create statement and never even get to
display the ls_errors message.

Thanks,
Parkson

Your datastore is never created.

ds = create datastore
