Does anyone know if it is safe to apply EBF's to the deployment version of
Jag 3.5 ?
I did so and know I get a message about not properly licensed. I have even
gone to the extreme and uninstalled and reinstalled Jag to no avail. It now
downgrades my deployment version of Jag enterprise to the small business
edition because it says I don't have licensing. I have also re-ran setup
which takes me through typing in my licence certificate information etc. The
only thing I can think of is that I don't install to the default drive, I
put my stuff on a D drive but hopefully that shouldn't matter.

Any help would be appreciated.

Where can I get the 3.5 EBFs? I saw them available from the Software
Download page a few days ago, and read some of the doc about what was
included. I was going to download today, but the link is now gone from that
page. Can anyone tell me what the story is about the 3.5 "catchup" EBF?

I just installed EAS 3.5 Deployment out of the box. Can anyone verify the
correct build number? I attempted to apply the cathup EBF, but noting
changed. As a matter of fact, I had to reload EAS because there were some
compatability issues.

TIA,

Tim

Your license file is installed in the ini directory in a file called
SYBASE_EAS.lic. If that file is not there or invalid, the default will be to
give you the Small Business edition. Check that the file exists first of all
and you might want to back it up and reapply it after the upgrade.
