I have a problem of setting up the default dynamo deployment in powersite.
If I close and re-launch back powersite, the deployment setup is lost, and I
have to start all over again. I wonder if this is a bug.

Your help appreciated.

Syed.

Hi Syed,
I think you can find more about this issue if you check powersite newsgroup.
Here is an example of previous posting (powersite group)
They said also this is a reported bug in pSite.
In powersite try using find "deploy".
Regards,
Sem.

----
PMFJI, but I've witnessed this consistently as well.
Try:
-deleting the deployment profile
-close PowerSite
-open PowerSite
-create the deployment profile
-close PowerSite
-open PowerSite

I've found that after this sequence,
my new deployment profiles tend to stick around.

In article <C$OJ8heX$GA.223@forums.sybase.com>,
daniel@NO.SPAM.infrontsoftware.com says...

Verify the Power Dynamo connection you need the same connection in your
PowerSite.

Yes I believe this is a bug, I had this problem for 4 to 5 months. I then had my
NT Server moved into another Domain and after that it all worked fine. You may
also want to try and re-apply your NT service pack on top of the sybase
installation as I know a few things get mixed up. Once re-applied it worked fine
for about 2 months before I had a big crash and then it screwed again.
