Hi:

I cal PB nvo from dynamo to jaguar using "java.CreateComponent". Everytime I execute a function of
the nvo I got this message in the ASA server messages window:

"Disconnecting shared memory client, process id not found"

What can be the problem ?

Many thanks
Gilbert

Is it only when you try to call to an NVO?

I don't use it for other than calling PB nvo.

Thanks.

But what if you did? It just looks like an ASA issue.

Yes, it is like an AS issue. I'm not very experienced in Jaguar.
The only I can tell is that when I execute a function, first it connects to the DB:

sqlca.dbms= 'odbc'
sqlca.dbparm="ConnectString="&
+"'DSN=myDB;UID=dba;PWD=sql"
CONNECT USING sqlca;

Then at the end, after the execution, it disconnects (disconnect using sqlca).
May be I have to write something more.

Thanks

i guess this is an ASA issue. wats your ASA version? try upgrading to
ASA6.03.
frequent disconnection has been our big problem in one customer using 6.02.

hth.
