Not sure what you mean by 'pure CGI' but since it's just an interface
that allows you to execute arbitrary programs as a result of an ACTION
tag in an HTML page, you should be able to do pretty much whatever you
want within the CGI program yourself - how easily that can be done will
depend on the implementation language of the program.

Sure if you use C for your CGI just generate the C stubs.

Hello,

You could get away with using the CGI module of PowerDynamo to connect to
Jaguar, or use something like SybPerl to develop you CGI scripts and
communicate with jaguar via MASP.
