I have two web sites, one of them in a database (ASA) and the other one is
of the type of dynamic file.
I have configured PDynamo following the instructions from the users guide.
When using Personal web server, both of the Web Sites work fine, but when
stopping personal web server and runnig IIS4 I can only connect to the one
that is in the database, when trying to connect to the one in the dynamic
file system, it returns the following error -> "unable to connect using
profile \...\..\...\".
Do you know if it possible to use IIS4 when working with a dynamic file?

Thanks for you help,

I have just struggled through setting up a Dynamic File site under IIS and I
can tell you it does work. My roadblock was that the web hosting company
set up a web site for our URL under IIS. We had to delete that web site in
IIS, double check the PD mapping and restart the IIS. Then it worked fine.

Make sure your mapping is a simple

/myapp

Somehow, PD configures IIS via ISAPI so that IIS recognizes the /myapp at
the end of a full URL (ie, www.mycompany.com/myapp) and turns the HTTP
request over to PD for processing. It appears that both PD and IIS doesn't
really know or care about the domain name portion of the URL. (Can anyone
confirm this?)

I suggest making it a dynamic file site and make sure that the directory for
the site is on the same machine as IIS (c: typically). Don't place the PD
directory on a mapped drive.

Thanks Larry, it works now with a local dynamic file site. Anyway I would to
know why do you suggest to make file site instad of an ODBC site.

We dont want to sound repeatitive.
But we have further questions on how you setup IIS, PD and Jaguar.
We are encountering problems calling pages deployed as ASA in PD,
it seems that the page where not able to call jaguar methods (which
where called using java.createcomponent).

How can we setup a IIS website to call pages deployed as ASA ?, or
with local file site.

Immediate response is highly appreciated.
Thank's in advance.

There are writeups in sdn.sybase.com and techinfo.sybase.com
on how to do this.
