One of our customers had a blue screen forcing an automatic reboot of one
server yesterday. The server logs show no errors, only the restart. The NT
event log showed:

The Compaq System Management Driver has detected that the system encountered
an NT bugcheck prior to this boot. The bugcheck data was: STOP: 0x0000000A
(0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF1B20E01).

The question is if this could be caused by EAServer 3.01? This is a bit of a
long shot, but as we have no log entries to pursue ...

IMHO 99% of blue screen stops are hardware based. I would ask Compaq what
this means.

BTW my NT machine at home without EAS on it blue screen stops about 3 times
a year. I consider a few blue screens in NT the norm.
