I'm experiencing difficulty using a Jaguar Connection Cache.

I have created a connection cache using Jaguar manager. I can successfully
ping the cache. I have also coded a jaguar component to use the cache. The
activate event of my Jaguar component generates this error in the Jaguar
srv.log file

**************************************
DBMS is not supported in your current installation.
**************************************

The activate event is coded as follows:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

IF NOT IsValid( itr_trans ) THEN
itr_trans = CREATE transaction
END IF

itr_trans.DBParm = "UseContextObject='yes',CacheName='TLSQL2'"

CONNECT USING itr_trans;

if not isvalid( ids_data ) then
ids_data = CREATE datastore
end if

ids_data.dataobject = "d_member_info"
ids_data.setTransObject( itr_trans )
----------------------------------------------------

What am I missing?

Jerry

My mistake!

SQLCA.DBMS property uses SYJ instead of SYC at runtime.

---New Values ----------------------------------------------------------
itr_trans.DBMS = "SYJ Sybase System 10/11"
itr_trans.DBParm = "UseContextObject='yes',CacheName='TLSQL2'"
------------------------------------------------------------------------

What did you set itr_trans.DBMS to? "ODBC"? "JDS"? etc.
