Greetings Gurus.

We have deployed PB NVO as Jaguar component. Within this component we call
Sybase stored procedure using embedded SQL(declare and execute). We are not able
to get raiserror messages from Sybase server. PB NVO at jaguar always gives null
value for raiserror messages and error number. Return values from SP are ok.

Please help.

This could be part of the issue where the SYJ interface with Jaguar was broken and
basically Jaguar was clearing out error information before passing it back to the
PowerBuilder interface. This has been resolved, although very recently. What build
of Jaguar and PB are you running?

You might try build 7027 of the PBSYJ dll. It should work fine with the 7023 build
of everything else, but if not please let me know and I may have you open an issue
with support so that you can get a more consistent build of what you need.

I tried sending the file, but by newsreader won't let me saying it's too large -
send me an e-mail and I'll forward it on to you.
