I have an HTML page with an HTML datawindow and a search button on the
datawindow.
My datawindow was generated using the Java model as described in Larry
Cermak's article.
It expects an argument. [ Social Security Number ]

When I click the search button I'm able to get the correct social security
number but can't figure out how issue a retrieve with the argument.

Jerry,

You are using RetrieveEx(argument) right? If it's the argument passed in
from 1 page to the next, then it would be
dwServer.RetrieveEx(document.value.ssn);

I shipped off the sample code from that article to you this morning. If you
didn't get it, email me and I'll send it again.
