Please try this.

1) Create a text file and fill it with random text data, say myrandom.txt
2) Create a SYSTEM Environment variable JAGUAR_RANDOMSEED and make its value
= full path to myrandom.txt

When EAS boots it generates a random seed for the encryption and object
keys. Sometimes the external WIN32 calls we make can cause the server to
crash. In 3.5 we changed this API to make it more contained and less likely
to do this. The JAGUAR_RANDOMSEED variable tells EAS to use the text file
for its random data.

Why should this happen because this environment variable?
I didn't set something like that and I haven't any problem.
