Hello Buddies,

I got a problem when I try to use a JDBC connection cache from the
HTMLGenerator component I am customizing.

My Line of code in Powerdynamo is:

dwMine.settrans("JDS","UseContextObject='Yes',CacheName='weblogic'","","",""
,"","");

And I got the following error on Jaguar:

Cannot Connect!

Java Exception: Unable to find java PbjdbcSession class. Check Classpath

I've already checked the classpath and included the classes.zip file where
this class is, but still got the same error.

What else could it be?

TIA

You need the classes.zip from the Shared/PowerBuilder directory AND the
classes.zip from the Shared/Sun/JDK11x/lib directory. I have an rt.jar in my
118 directory as well, but it's not required for the connection.

Typically the classpath goes to %jaguar%\html\classes, is that where yours
is point to?

yes, I've read a technical document from sybase that says something about a
rt.jar file.

What about it?
