Why am I getting this message? The server rejects connections during
component deployment. Nobody except me is working with the system, there is
no other activity other than deployment of the components. The monitor shows
5 iiop sessions.

TIA.

If you're using NT-Workstation, you may also be hitting a microsoft limit.
Hope this helps,

In development you can be sure to limit IIOP sessions by setting the
following ORB property. It will slow it down a little but it will be sure
you dont leak connections in development

props.put("com.sybase.CORBA.socketReuseLimit","1);

When you pass the properties to the ORB. In EJB just do

props.put("com.sybase.ejb.socketReuseLimit","1");

when you pass the properties to the InitialContextFactory.
