I have been asked to create Jaguar components with PB7. They will retrieve
data from various datasources and should be designed so that ANY client
application could use them. The components will be used primarily by HTML
and Powerbuilder applications.

Is it possible to create a Jaguar component that can be used by Dynamo and
also by clients that connect to jaguar directly? A blob can be returned to
PB and Dynamo, but what about VB apps?

Stick with ResultSet's instead of BLOBS. I would reccomend the EAF from
DDS. http://www.dyn-data.com
