Oh boy! I am currently supporting this small app that is written in VB. It is
so poorly written (by the previous guy of course) that I told the owner of the
company that a re-write is critical. I suggested PowerBuilder and PFC 6.0.

I need some input. The owner is sold on purely Microsoft tools. Not because
they are good tools but simply because they are Microsoft. I believe PB is
a far more advanced tool than VB but I don't know what to tell this person.

Are there any reasons why I should stay with VB? I will be accessing an Access
database over a network. It has to stay Access (or any other small database)
because of the size of company that will use this app.
