Has anyone else out there had problems with this? PB works okay "stand
alone", but after we access an "empty" DLL, we get a crash on close. We
are using Windows/NT 4.0 && no fancy memory allocations from PB or the
DLL...

I have a 450KB ZIPped example that I can send, along with a debug
monitor, if anyone can help here...

Thanks in advance!

Please post your question in one of the powerbuilder sections.
It also helps when you provide a bit more detail, like giving the gpf
memory address, what kind of "empty" dll (a PB one, your own custom
dll,..?)
