Hello,

I am fairly new to this group. I've been using Infomaker (version
5.0.02) for almost a year now off and on, and have reached a difficult
spot with its RTF reporter. I use it to generate form letters and it
works pretty well; however, in its current state the window cannot
accept graphic files larger than a few kilobytes. I need to insert a
fairly high quality signature.

I read here earlier than version 6 of Powerbuilder/Infomaker takes care
of the problem, but I don't want to migrate / purchase a new program for
this reason alone, since I was told the datawindow side of the program
has been redesigned and may have a new slew of bugs. I was hoping to
know if a patch is available for version 5 for this problem (the website
didn't help much -- after registering, I am still unable to find any
upgrades for IM5).

Any suggestions?

Actually, IM6 is very stable and got rid of a pile of bugs. It has a few
nice new features, like the option to include pipelines in exe's,
commandbuttons on reports, completely customizable if you have PB (unlike
5), new actions on forms.
