Can we create a user object Form with DropDownLists to select the
retrieval arguments for a IM report?
If so how? I've bought IM user guide 6.0 and Using Power Builder (Que)
and I can't find an example of this. It seems like everyone would want
this capability. The user's don't know (nor should they have to) the
ID# for a column value when running a report. What makes this more
frustrating is that I tell them (End Users) how great IM / PB tools are
and they say "You can't tie a form to your report." , "I can do that in
AccessXX with no problem!" Help!

You cannot get a dropdown list when using retrieval arguments. But you can
use 'prompt for criteria' (Report: Rows, Prompt For Criteria) on the
report instead of retrieval arguments. These will pick up any edit style
you have defined for the columns, including dddw and ddlb.
