How i can make an index like the text books have?
Example:
1º Unit ONE ........ page 234
2º Unit TWO ........ page 525

That's basically not possible. The only thing you could try is to create a
first page with computed fields that duplicate computed fields on these
pages that contain the page numbers and chapter numbers.
