Our vendor likes to e-mail .psr reports to us but it is takes extra
steps to run them when they aren't in a library. How do I import them
into a library?

You can't. PSR are independent files. If you don't have a PSR viewer
(which you can easily build in PB), you can use the datawindow plugin
(npdwe60.dll) in your browser (IE, Netscape) to view the PSR file. Take a
look at fax-id 47795 for how to configure the dw plugin.
