Does anyone ,if one could get a list of tables used in a query inside
infomaker, without opening the query?

That's almost impossible to determine. You would need to write a parsing
routine that can analyze the FROM clause. When you get into sub-selects or
scalar queries that becomes a real challenge.
What are you trying to accomplish?
