I recently tried upgrading from Infomaker 5.0 to Infomaker 6.0. Rather than
perform an upgrade, Infomaker left a version 5.0 and version 6.0. Anyway,
now when I try to connect to the database in either version, using the
Oracle 7.2, or 7.3 I get a memory error.

'The instruction at "0x10b75c2b" referenced memory at "0x0000000c". The
memory could not be "read'.

Any ideas? I'm in desperate need of help

The upgrade leaves the old version, because sometimes you need to access old
reports in your PBLs. Did you install IM6 in the same directory as IM5?
The PBLs are not interchangeable between versions.
Can you connect to the demo database?
