What I am trying to do is to have InfoMaker prompt to enter a text field
into a report while running it, much how prompt for criteria works on a
report column. I have a report set up that uses a text field to title the
report and my goal is that whenever I run the report, if InfoMaker would
prompt me to enter new text into this field to change the title the report.
I am using InfoMaker 5.0.03. I wasn't able to find a way to do this outside
of designating an unused column for the title and Prompt for Criterial on
the column. I hope I was clear on my query. Has anyone come across/gotten
around this?

Thanks,

We use this to create some custom invoices:
Define a retrieval argument of type string in the Query Painter. Then
create a computed field on the report where you use this retrieval argument.
Ignore the warning message about having defined a retrieval argument and not
using it in the Select statement.
