Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no good way of doing that. The best way is to use
Save Rows As (html) and then read that file into Word. That will come the
closest to the layout of the original report, including formatting.

This was taken from the FAQ section on the Primavera website -
http://www.primavera.com/support/faq/faq.exp.html

3) To copy from Microsoft word to Exp or vice-a-versa,
Save your document to a .rtf file
Open in either Wordpad or some version of Word
Vice-a-versa: Write a rtf document in Wordpad save to a .rtf file
and open in Exp.
Note: Word 97 .rtf documents cause problems in Exp.
--To work around, copy text to WordPad, then save as a .rtf file (or
open the Word 97 .rtf in Wordpad and re-save)
Note: Exp Save overwrites files without confirmation

Sorry for any confusion caused by my previous post. You were all probably
wondering what the heck I was talking about. I was actually replying (at
least I thought I was) to a post from our own product's discussion group on
a similar topic. I just happened to see the term "rich text" and replied
too quickly :-)
