I am creating a tabular report with two retrieval argument.
( From_date ) & ( To_Date).
eg. From_date 31/01/99 To_date 06/02/99
I need to display all the date in between of the date range as mentioned as
above.

In your SQL:
select * from my_table
where my_field >= :from_date
and my_field <= :to_date

or:

select * from my_table
where my_field between :from_date and :to_date
