When I make and make and Executable it asks for a username and password when
I run the application, but I didn't put in a username and password. Any
help would be appreciated.

When you use native drivers, the exe will prompt for these. You can
hardcode these in the accociated ini file. Change the following lines:
[database]
UserID=xxxx
DatabasePassword=yyyyy
