I am creating a form, and have placed several command buttons on the form.
When I right-click on any of the command buttons to bring up the menu and
select Action, I get the Select Action window. My question is this: on
this window, there is a button called Parameters. It is always disabled, no
matter which action I select from the list. Is there a way to enable this
button? And what exactly does this button do, once enabled?

Thanks!

With Powerbuilder you can create custom form styles that you can use in IM.
For these forms the PB developer create actions (i.e. global functions in PB
terms) that might require parameters. An example might be a form where you
double-click on a row. The double-click automatically assigns a column
value to a variable, that you pass as argument to this function.
None of the IM default forms have any actions that use parameters.
